Kendriya Vidyalaya, INS Hamla, Malad (West), was established in August 1972 as a Defence School. The Vidyalaya is situated at a distance of 9 kms. from Malad Station. It is the only Kendriya Vidyalaya in the Western Suburbs of Mumbai (State – Maharastra), Assembly - Malad West, Lok Sabha Constituency: Mumbai-North.
The lush green campus envisages vital relationship with nature. The air of the imposing three storied building with classes from std I to XII resonates with the morning Assembly and the atmosphere around provides the right ambience for excellent education.
Our Vidyalaya offers Science, Commerce and Humanities streams at +2 levels.
